By purchasing, downloading, or using VoxTap ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Software on the number of Mac devices specified by your purchased tier:

  • Personal: 1 Mac
  • Business 5-Pack: 5 Macs
  • Business 10-Pack: 10 Macs

3. Free Trial

VoxTap offers a free trial with limited daily transcription time. The trial requires no payment information or account creation. Trial usage is subject to these same terms.

4. Payment and Pricing

VoxTap is a one-time purchase. There are no recurring fees or subscriptions. All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with VoxTap for any reason, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund. No questions asked.

6. Updates

Your license includes all future updates to the Software at no additional cost. This includes new features, performance improvements, bug fixes, and macOS compatibility updates.

7. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Software
  • Share your license key with unauthorized users
  • Use the Software for any unlawful purpose

8. Intellectual Property

The Software, including its code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of VoxTap. Your purchase grants a license to use the Software, not ownership of the intellectual property.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted. Transcription accuracy may vary depending on audio quality, accent, and environmental conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxTap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.

11. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
