Typing that much context, that precisely, across everything I do in a day, I simply didn't have the capacity. My agents weren't underperforming because they were weak. They were underperforming because my input was thin. My keyboard was the ceiling.

So I went looking for voice-to-text, figuring I'd just talk instead. What I found fell into two piles. The free and cheap tools were bad. The paid ones were absurd: a dozen models, seven modes, and a settings panel that needed its own manual, all to dictate a sentence. I was being asked to pay a premium for a heap of features I'd never touch, when I wanted exactly one thing: plain, accurate speech-to-text that worked the second I opened it.

And it had to be private. I wanted one tool for everything, not one app for work and another for the rest. The moment a work tool sends your data to the cloud, you're into procurement, security review, and validation, and I wasn't going to live there. I needed something that runs on my machine and keeps my voice on my machine, unless I decide otherwise.

Nothing did all three. So I built it.

Now I just talk, so each one gets the full context, the output comes back better the first time, and I run three agents to done in the time one used to crawl to 40%. Not because I type faster. Because I can finally give them everything.
